What Causes Diarrhea After A Meal?

Question: I m 39 yr old , After taking meal i have to go to washroom within one hour or two , I feel uncomfortable need to go washroom but after 10 min i feel there is nothing ( Pain or need to go washroom ) and again after some time the all things repeat, after passing stool i feel comfortable.

Hi,

Thanks for your query on HCM & I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned it is normal physiologic process and some times it is also associated with certain disorders also if it is regular. Do check if you have constipation alternate with loose motions, bloating, abdominal pain associated with it or not.

You need to certain diet and life style modification like this :-

1)Try to avoid carbonated beverages, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower

2)Talk with your nutritional expert to make a gluten free diet chart

3)Do take 2 tablespoonfuls [yogurt]after each meal

4)Do regular exercise, yoga and meditation to relieve stress and anxiety
