Brief Answer:
Weight loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

It is common to have delayed periods in women with PCOS. This is not pregnancy.

The best way to regularise periods and getting pregnant is to loose weight. Weight loss can be achieved by good diet and excercise regimen. Please start soon.

Medicines are not much of help. If you take pills like contraceptive medicines to regulate periods it is difficult to conceive.

Hence concentrate seriously on weight loss programme
