Brief Answer: switch to oral contraceptives Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic. After depot shot menses resume after a month but may take maximum of 3 months even. But An alternative method of contraception is required because ovulation may precede menstruation in some cases. In cases like yours, I usually prescribe oral contraceptives and have got satisfactory results. Hopefully I have answered your question but In case you have any other question I will be happy to help.
