What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

Question: hello,
ive been 44 days for my period.. i have done a home test and did a blood test but the results arent ready yet. im very anxious and worried. ive done an ultrasound but havent gotten the report. could you pleaae help me?
im bloated, ive got slight cramps, sore breast, increase in appetite and veryyy tired all the time. i have hot flushes too

Why would you have to wait for the result of the home pregnancy test?

im 21, yes they are always on time.. i meant to say my home test was negative.. as for my blood test results i have to wait..
