What Causes Dark Reddish Outbreaks On Penis?
Question: I had a recent dark reddish outbreak on the meatus that itched a little and some of the skin was flaking off.
I have never had any VD and this is certainly not a VD. I have also been having a whitish very smelly type of build up where the foreskin is covering apsrt of the penis.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have fungal infection of genitals(Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis)
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic? if yes ,is it under control.?
2) Do you have any urinary symptoms associated with itching and discharge ?
This is mostly due to Genital Candidiasis which is very common amongst individuals with uncontrolled diabetes.
Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and Urine culture
2) Swab test and culture of a discharge from urethra.
3) Blood sugar levels on empty stomach and two hours after lunch to
rule out /confirm diabetes.
Start taking anti fungal medication like Fluconazole along with antibiotic like Augmentin twice daily and topical anti fungal cream like Cotrimazole for local application .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .
