Brief Answer:
good question

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the healthcaremagic
1) crying while passing urine is commonly seen in many infants up to 6 months. If urine stream is good then don't worry. As their weight increases diameter of urethra increases and problem disappears
2) vomiting immediately after feed in infants is most commonly (99%) times due to gastroesophageal reflux. It is physiological in first 3 months. If severe then we give proton pump inhibitors to reduce chances of esophagitis from reflux.Propped up position after feed helps in some. This problem decreases by 6 months after introduction of solid food
