Brief Answer:
It can be transit ischemic attack but need detailed medical attention

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be anything ranging from brain vasculature occlusion like in ischemic strokes or transit ischemic attacks upto XXXXXXX other lesions which may cause nerve involvement or compression but these symptoms should be ignored and proper probe into the matter should be launched as soon as possible.

To start with, eye examination and fundoscopy to look for eye anatomy from inside and any signs of raised pressures inside eye or in central nervous system. If that turn out to be normal, then blood work up to look for book sugars and electrolytes, as well as B12 and folic acid levels may also be needed.

A detailed eye movements and related examination will also be needed by a neurologist and if needed brain imaging like CT brain or MRI may also be needed. Other causes like MS or brain space occupying lesion or pituitary gland issues will also be picked on that too but early diagnosis or atleast ruling out all these causes is needed.

Meanwhile using multivitamin supplements containing Vitamin A, D3, B12, calcium, and folic acid may also help and should be started. Wishing you a great health.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
