Brief Answer:
It can be DVT

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that it can be DVT. Also there is deficiency of salt and calcium in her body. That lead to cramping in leg and other muscles. To confirm it she needs to go through these tests.
1.Serum Calcium and D 3
2.Doppler for calf and thigh
These tests will tell us if there is deficiency of salt in body or there is any clot in calf muscles. According to that we can plan further management. If there is low salt then you need to give her regular 1000 gm calcium and 60000 unit vitamin D 3 daily.
Also whenever she feels like cramping she needs to take glass full of water with a spoon of salt immediately. Increase salt intake in his diet.
If there is till clot in leg then she will need blood thinners.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
