Brief Answer:
Pregnancy test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello man, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue but I would like to ask you if you had any unprotected sexual activity in this cycle?
If yes then do a pregnancy test as these can be early symptoms of pregnancy.
But in case there was no such event then nothing to worry as simple stress and duet or exercise can cause such derangement of periods.
All the best

Oral pills for contraception advised

I understand your situation dear.
Take care in future and use oral pills on regular basis in case you intend to stay sexually active too often in each cycle so as to have a stress free intimate life.
