Brief Answer:
prostatitis needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic,

I do understand your concern,

With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out prostatitis and to confirm it clinically you need a physical examination and urodynamic tests.

Regarding treatment, I may say that treatment depends upon the exact cause of inflammation of the prostate and it includes antibiotics, alpha blockers, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, and prostate massages to name a few.

Besides this, you may need preventive measures like:

1) Do take warm sitz bath three times a day

2) Try to avoid spicy and acidic foods

3) Try to avoid prolonged sitting in one place

4) Try to avoid cycling (if at all do)

Hope that helps,
