Brief Answer:
Clear discharge is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A small increase in the size of pituitary gland causes an increase in prolactin hormone causing secretion from the breasts. It can be a clear discharge that is sticky which is like colostrum- the clear first milk after the birth of the baby. This is normal and is considered a discharge similar to milk.
The clear discharge that you have does not indicate any problem. If you are having regular cycles then there should not be any problem in conception. Please do not worry.
