Brief Answer:
I need to have further medical data of yours...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and I need to have a few more details before running into final conclusions:

- Can you specify if the pain in the rectum you feel during bowel movement?
- do you suffer of constipation?
- is your lower back aching?
- is your pain more intense during physical activity or not related?
- any problem with hemorrhoids?
- can you give the reports of lab tests you did (blood work? colonoscopy?etc.)

Looking forward to have your details in for a more specific answer!
Thank you!

Based on the data you provided your symptoms are typical for irritable bowel syndrome. If you were my patient i would suggest you:
- avoid spicy food

- avoid unnecessary stress
- increase recreational activities (for example sport, dancing etc.)
- use plenty of water
- use regularly chamomile tea
