Experiencing Abdomen And Lower Back Pain
I have slight intermittent lower front abdomen pain and also experiencing lower back slight pain.this pain comes and goes throughout the day and I have had this for a few days. My bowel movements and peeing is regular with no blood and have had a cancer bowel screen test a couple of months ago which was all clear

It can be either back muscles weakness or kidney stones. I would suggest you to get spine x ray and ultrasound of abdomen. After tyat diagnosis can be confirmed. If lumbar spondylitis then treatment is back muscle strengthening exercises.If stone is prpresent then drink plenty of fluid, take tablet Buscopan and you will be fine.
