Brief Answer:
Likely to be having muscle cramps due to mineral, vitamin deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having muscle cramps. It is likely to be due to vitamin and trace elements deficiency. You should get your vitamin D and vitamin B 12 deficiency. If found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3 ( for vitamin D) and Mecobalamin ( for vitamin B 12). You are likely to be benefitted by vitamin, mineral and trace elements supplements. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
