What Causes Chapped Skin On Foreskin Along With Swelling?
Question: what is causing my foreskin to be(chapped) and a little bit swollen, mainly on the lower edge - helps to try to keep urine off it

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Repeated infection of prepuce or foreskin of penis is called as POSTHITIS and is generally accompanied by infection of glans of penis called as balanitis.
This happens due to repeated infection by bacteria or fungus or both ( mixed infection ).
Sometimes sexually transmitted disease like gonorrhoea can also cause it.
Repeated infections generally indicate an underlying uncontrolled diabetes.
What to do...
Get your blood sugar checked up and if high,get it controlled
Local application of antibiotic oint like neosporin and antifungal like CLOTRIMAZOLE would help you.
A course of oral antibiotics.
Get checked for STD if there is history of unprotected sex with sex workers.
Keeping the area dry.
Consult a doctor for proper management of your problem.
