Posted on Tue, 15 Jul 2014
Question: yes, I have head ulcers on the crown of my head. They would remind you of shingles. They get mushy and than the skin comes off of them exposing an ulcer. I have taken steriods, had steriod drops, had fugus shampoo, taken valtrex, lysine, cephil lotion, rubbing alcohol, nothing helps. I have had these sores for almost 6 months now and nothing helps.

very little itching, feels like a burn can be very sore, acts like it is drying and then presists. No lice no dandruff, I take Pramipexole 0.5 mg for restless leg syndrome. Norethinarone Acetate 0.5 mg / 1.0 mg for HRT.

I have never been told I have diabetes. I am an RN

These sores- when a new one comes on, my scalp feels mushy or lumpy, soft like fluid is under skin, when skin comes off it can bleed, and burn an sting like a burn would. They feel like little craters, little holes. They crust over but never heal.

strange never had anything like this.
