Would Valtrex Be Recommended For Blisters And A Painful Bumps From Spine To Sternum?

I have had the post herpetic neuralgia from shingles for exactly 5 years now and I am looking for something to control the pain. I have been on Lyrica 600mg per day for about 3 years. I do not have blisters just a few red bumps that become extremely painful. It seems to be just the nerve that is causing all the trouble. It goes from my spine to my sternum on the right side just under my arm and across my breast. I have difficulty wearing any clothing and the blankets irritate all night long. Would you recommend Valtrex for me? What would you recommend?

Hi,

Post herpetic neuralgia is a very painful condition causing immense discomfort. Pregablin with vitamin-B12 may be taken for long time under observation of doctor. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
