Brief Answer:
You are most probably having Burning Mouth Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are probably having Burning Mouth Syndrome. It mostly involve tongue .
It is common in peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women. It is associated with stress & dry mouth .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Diluted Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Tab Vitamin C twice daily to promote healing &
Multivitamins minerals antioxidant syrup twice daily .

Avoid stress , dry mouth & drug causing dry mouth .

Hope it is helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
