Urine tests suggested can be done along with consultation with physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing into health care magic.
This is Dr.Riyanka, glad to answer your query.

I understand your problems sir. Firstly if it is the bubbles in urine then firstly before coming into conclusion of whether the kidneys are normal or not i suggest you undergo certain tests.

Investigative tests are
1. Urine analysis and microscopy- it shall tell you if there are any proteins in your urine(as you suspect bubbles). also in microscopy it shall be clear if there is any infection.
2. Kidney function tests - important tests are a) Blood Urea b) Serum Creatinine
(This Will tell you if your kidneys are normal in function)

I feel the symptoms of kidney beating like the heart beat may be psychological or may be because you can feel the pulsations of a major abdominal artery.
If there is pain in the region after micturition (passing urine) or otherwise please get it examined by a Physician.

About masturbation , it is normal habit of men to masturbate every other day but make sure it does not become addictive.

Passing stools four times a day could be psychological. Kindly try and pass it early morning and in the evenings. You can train yourself to pass stools twice a day . Then slowly bring it down to once a day in the early morning hours. You could drink warm milk in the morning and pass stools. it will clear your bowels for the whole day.

I hope i have answered your queries.

Brief Answer:
Please wait a week after 28th November and then do pregnancy tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back with an update.

Please find answers to your questions below.

1. There are some tests which will tell if your wife has conceived or not. This includes urine, blood and ultrasound scan which are to be done are different times from probable date of conceiving to get proper results.

2. Blood tests are to measure beta hCG which is a chemical that increases with time in early pregnancy and done in laboratories under suggestion of gynecologist. Urine test is the one done by using home pregnancy kits.

3. Home pregnancy kits are more than 97 percent accurate when done at least 15 days after sexual intercourse.

4. She can wait for another week and take home pregnancy test after at least 15 days from day of last sex.

5. Bitter taste can be due to many reasons and not a sure sign of pregnancy.

6. She has to wait for a week after expected date of periods to allow sufficient time for any pregnancy test to appear positive. Please wait till then.

7. as mentioned above, please wait 7 days from 28th Nov. You can get her tested after 6th December 2014.

I hope i have answered your queries.

Brief Answer:
If normal periods are going on then pregnancy is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back with an update.

Please find answers to your questions below.

1. The burning sensation is non specific. If she is not drinking enough water then she should start taking enough water and fluids and visit washrooms regularly. This will prevent any urinary infection.

2. The tiredness and weakness might be due to general fatigue.

3. If she had usual periods yesterday and it was 7 days late then the chances of pregnancy are unlikely. However if she had bleeding only for a day or less then she may have to do pregnancy tests. Please discuss this in detail with your wife. If there is continuous bleeding as in periods then there is no pregnancy.

4. Bacterial and vaginal infection is usually accompanied by foul smelling discharge increasing with time. If she is having occasional white discharge without any foul smell then it is unlikely to be an infection.

5. Cyst in ovary can only be known by doing ultrasound scan pelvis. If there is history of cysts in ovary earlier then please send me reports.

I hope I have answered your queries.
If there are any more clarifications kindly write back to me.
