Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

I would like to know in detail about the menstrual history of your sister. I want to know if she is regular with her cycles and if there is any irregularity, how often. Please furnish any other relevant information.

The possibility of pregnancy is not known unless her ovulation time can be predicted.

The spotting soon after the intercourse could be due to trauma and needs further evaluation.

A blood test for pregnancy done 10 - 12 days after the intercourse can confirm/exclude pregnancy. This can be followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram a week later.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
