Question: Hi , i got boils on my penis , not on the tip but pretty above the tip i got few boils

Probably you have developed folliculitis.
It's a bacterial infection and needs treatment with antibiotics.
Oral as well as topical antibiotics are required.
A combination of oral capsule amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days and ointment mupirocine to be applied locally thrice a day gives good response. You might need to meet a doctor to get these prescribed.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
You can even mail me photographs on YYYY@YYYY with subject as ATTN Dr Rahul Kumar.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
