Posted on Thu, 14 Apr 2016
Question: I am raising my great grandson - age 3yr 9 months. He is getting boils, occasionally on face but most are on his butt. Seems to have had 6 in the last 2+ years. I know they are very painful. Have had them myself and XXXXXXX them and they go away. He will not let me get close to them.
What cause them and preferred treatment.

Brief Answer:
This is pyoderma...needs oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

By what you quote I feel that this is recurrent pyoderma or skin infection. This might require oral and topical antibiotics.

Lancing them is not hygienic. Please do not do that
