What Causes Blood In Urine?

default
Posted on Mon, 27 Mar 2017
Question: Blood in the urine started this A.M. Male age 65.
Two kidney stones in last 10 years. But, I
thought something popped out (like a kidney stone)
right after it started this A.M. However, still some blood in the
urine right now & slightly painful urination.

Do you think there will be an answer some time today?
I am at the office right now & don't have internet access at home.

Thank you,

Brief Answer:
Possible kidney stones

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for using Health Care Magic .
I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.

According to what you write could be kidney stones again , you need to do a urine test ,a physical examination by yoilour local doctor and a kidney ultrasound if it's neccesary.
Other cause could be a Urinary Tract infection ( sometimes kidney stones may cause urinary infection also) or prostate ( the doctor will examine your prostate also)
Meanwhile drink planty of water at least 8glases / day , decrease salt and protein intake in your diet .

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have any other clarifications, I will be happy to help.
Take Care !
