Question: My period blood will only come out when I pee. Why is this? What should I do? I am very worried. I just started my period today, and I am very concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question. On the first day of menstruation, the flow is less. In that case, the period blood comes out only when the abdominal pressure increases, as in case of urination, sneezing, coughing etc. I suggest you not to worry as this is normal, and most of the females have the same experience in the first 1-2 days of menstruation.
The period flow increases from the second day onwards, still the period blood comes out in more quantity when one urinates or coughs.
You need not to do anything as this is completely normal.
