Brief Answer:
many possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There are several things that can cause pain, diarrhea and blood in the stool. If the pain in the back is form the upper back then it may not be related. If it is from the lower back it could be coming from the liver, gallbladder or colon.
It could be that you have an intestinal infection but it could be something more serious like a tumor in the colon.
If you have only had the blood in the stool while you are having pain and diarrhea then it may just be form an infection.
In any case you need to see a doctor to get this sorted out. If the pain is severe go to emergency.
If the bleeding is severe go to emergency.
If If the pain and bleeding are not severe then this may just be from infection and will pass. Many intestinal infections are caused by viruses or bad food and these things usually pass in 1-2 days.
If you begin to feel dehydrated of if you develop fever, you need to see a doctor right away.
I hope this gives you some guidance about what to do.
Regards
Dr. Robinson
