Brief Answer:
Tylenol and relaxing techniques...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I assume that these new symptoms are an one off episode and you have never had such problems in the past. Then I would not be overly worried. BP of 134/100 is secondary to anxiety.
However I would keenly observe how the symptoms progress in the next few hours. If you feel more uncomfortable or if you develop breathing difficulty, chest pain or other distressing symptoms, you need to visit the ER.

In the interim, you may take tylenol tablet and antacid. Deep breathing exercise is an useful relaxing technique you can practice now.

Further, I will also ask your treating doctor to check for thyroid overactivity if deemed necessary. And propranolol is helpful to treat anxiety as well as high blood pressure. You may discuss about this medicine too.

Hope this answered your concern. Let me know you have any more concern.

Regards
