You can apply Clotrimazole 1% cream or Ketoconazole 2% cream. Apply locally, thick layer twice/day for 2 weeks. If not better in two weeks, you can use it for longer (up to a month) and you can consult a local doctor who can prescribe tablets with Fluconazole 150mg. The local treatment is the sufficient though, because it has less side effects.
Do not use the powder, because it makes the infection worse, since it keeps the area wet.
The tiny bumps on penis (if are the ones that I am looking at) are normal and are nothing to worry about. They are blood vessels which are more visible over a thin skin.

Yes, exactly those are the one's that I am seeing.
They don't seem to be something related with the skin, but rather some veins which might be more visible. If the feeling like bumps expands also left or right in the testis, than it may be varicose veins. But you will need an ultrasound of the testis to confirm that.
Anyway, what I can say for sure, that they do not look as a skin problem.
The only skin problem you have is the fungal infection, so just use the cream as advised.
Follow up with me if you want in 2 weeks, so I can see how are you going with the treatment.

I added a picture of the shaft with the bumps. Im sure you can see more in both pictures. I shouldnt he worried anout them? Is there anything i could put on them to make them dissapear? Like i said the bumps are only on part of the shaft. They are kind of unattractive? In using lotrimin spray. Should i use cream instead on the infection? Also can i have sexual intercourse?

About the bumps, they seem like something underneath the skin. I am afraid that a cream or something that may be applied localy, wont help much.
What I would advice is to apply there the lotrimin spray too, because that may be a local reaction from the fungal infection.
If not better I recommend to do the sexually transmitted infections testings, including HPV and Herpes. They may be caused by a virus, so may go away by itself, but we need also to rule out any STI which might need treatment with antibiotics.
