Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. She behaves abnormally while she get angry, she never adjust with family members, speaks bad while in anger and even during anger she doesn't care about baby. Such symptoms can occur in some psychiatric conditions like some mood disorder especially bipolar disorder, impulse control disorder, even in depression or some personality disorder. For proper diagnosis there is need for psychiatric evaluation. Please try to talk to her and visit a psychiatrist for proper evaluation.

In most cases in females such complaints are seen usually due to adjustment issues. Due to some persistent underlying conflicts females fail to express themselves which ultimately present as anger outbursts. So in such situation try to talk to her and find out if she is having some issue present at home. Try to resolve the issue. This might take some time even weeks to months but with time she will start expressing herself. If possible take her out for some days and then try to talk with her. Find out any problem she is having. Resolution of conflict would help to calm down her mood and she will become normal.

If she fails to express then visit a relationship counsellor or a psychologist for couple therapy. This will help both of you to build confidence in each other and the issues will be resolved.

Even if by psychological measures her anger outbursts persist then visit a psychiatrist. If she is showing impulsive behaviour like throwing things, harming others then her anger is occurring most likely because of Impulse control disorder. Her persistent anger outbursts if associated with mood symptoms, distractibility, talkativeness then most likely she have bipolar disorder. All these need evaluation. Mood stabilisers can help to control her anger outbursts.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
