Brief Answer:
It could be ovulatory pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Since when you have this? When did you have your mensus? Do you have vaginal discharge?

If you are in your ovulation period, it could just be ovulation pain. The other possible causes are,

1. Pelvic infection or urinary infection
2. Endometriosis
3. Lumbar disc prolapse
4 . Appendicitis etc

Take mafenamic acid 500 mg three times daily after food for two days . If the pain is not relieved by this or if it worsens, you need to consult Doctor/surgeon.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

This probably is not seem like ovulatory pain as you started mensus on 22 nd Sept.
The ultrasound you had is quite old. If the pain does not subside with mafenamic acid consult doctor.
It is not due to blood clots. Do not worry about it.
There is no need to do the blood work every 4 months. You can do it once a year.

If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Brief Answer:
Consult Orthopedician/Neurologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

UTI is unlikely to cause pain on the left side of leg. Get the UTI treated.
I do not think that there is some serious problem.

Consult Orthopedician/Urologist for the lumbar disc problem. You will need to exercise ( initially under physiotherapist supervision) to strengthen your back muscles. This will help in pain relief.

If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
