Brief Answer:
it can be due to gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms can be due to gastritis. Since you are taking naproxen which is a pain killer, chances of gastritis are more.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief from your symptoms.
Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
4.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc.
5.Drink lots of water daily.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroentologist. An Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy may be helpful in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
