Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I have visualized attached pictures and read the provided description.
From the available information I feel there are chance of sexually transmitted diseases including herpes and scabies. It is possible to get negative report on blood tests but still the lesions in photographs appear like vesicles and which is quite characteristic of herpes.
I must acknowledge that time duration mentioned between sexual exposure and appearance of lesions is mismatch. It is possible that you are too sensitive to develop lesions in very short period or it is also possible that current lesions are result of earlier sexual exposure.
The chance of yeast infection is there but the current lesions do not support diagnosis of yeast infection.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

Unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Yes allergic reactions may present in similar kind of lesions but there is tendency to develop all symptoms at the same time. Allergic reaction do not appear in different crops.
In addition the reaction is generally systematized and rash only limited to sexual organs is rare possibility.
I feel allergic reaction is unlikely cause.
I hope this clarifies further.
Thanks and regards.
