Any history of unprotected sex/ risky sexual contacts?

No pain, bleeding, or itchiness. Size has remained the same. No treatment. A previous partner did test positive for genital herpes, but I have been tested twice and results were negative each time. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Looks to be Genital Wart

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The most probable causes are:
- Genital warts- HPV as these can be minute projections or can be finger like projections. In some cases they may not appear at all.

Will it go away on its own? If not, What is the treatment? Is there any way to get a test to confirm this diagnosis? Thank you

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
I do not think it will go away on its own.
Glass-slide test will show it is not compressible as against the engorged sinus of glans - which will disappear on pressure to reappear on release of pressure.
If non compressible, your Dermatologist has the instruments to treat it as per his choice and experience.
Since this is on glans, I will recommend to avoid any treatment by yourself at home.
Removed lump sent for histopathological examination alone can get a proper diagnosis. There are no blood tests.
I hope this answer helps you.
