What Causes A Rash In Between The Side Of Vagina And Inner Thigh?
Question: I have a rash in between the side of my vagina and inner thigh...it also has a bad odor ..no itch...what is this

Since how long you have this rash? There are several reasons for this rash. It can occur if you are wearing tight jeans or nylon/ synthetic undergarments. It can be due to allergy to soaps, perfumes etc. The bad odor is because of infection with bacteria.
Since there is no itch, it is unlikely to be fungal infection.
If you are sexually active one needs to consider the possibility of sexually transmitted diseases.
Please consult doctor to find out the cause for the rash so that it can be treated optimally.
Wear loose cotton undergarments. Keep that groin area dry always.

the rash started 2 days ago it is sticky in that area I don't really wear tight undergarments I read that it could be treated with miconzale or something like that do to think that would help

Miconazole ointment is for fungal infection. Usually the rash due to fungal infection causes itching.
You can definitely try using Miconazole or Canesten cream. Apply some Talcum powder after applying the cream to avoid the feeling of stickiness.
If it is effective you should start feeling better in two days time. If not consult your doctor.
