Brief Answer:
Candidal balanoposthitis

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Perhaps you have a yeast infection - candidal balanoposthitis. It can present as itching, redness on glans and swelling, cuts on prepuce
I suggest both of you to take a tablet of fluconazole 150mg (Tab. Zocon 150mg) once daily for 3 days.
In addition you may use a topical antifungal cream e.g Clotrimazole 1% cream(Clotrin cream), twice daily for a week. She may insert Clotrimazole pessary (Canesten V 6 pessary ) nightly for 6 days.
These are prescription medications and I suggest you to take them under supervision and guidance of your doctor.
Avoid sexual intercourse for a week.
