Shingles

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like shingles.
It might evolve to spread to front part of chest.
I treat such cases with an oral antiviral agent like acyclovir.
Please meet a doctor and get yourself examined.
Early start of medication will prevent further spread.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
