Brief Answer:
It is a simple cyst or epidermal inclusion cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, thanks for your query to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and reviewed the attached reports and understand your concern.

It is likely to be an epidermal inclusion cyst (a small bump of skin that contains fluid) and it's one of the most common types of vaginal cysts.

Meanwhile, since you have no pain, it is not red, means that it isn't infected and it shouldn't cause any issue.

You should only monitor it's growth and have Sitz baths (sit in a bathtub filled with a few inches of warm water) when you feel any discomfort.

Treatment, indicated only for symptomatic cysts, is surgical excision.

Hope I have been helpful and please feel free for further discussion.

Best regards
