What Causes A Bloody Bulge Near Vagina?
Question: ok i'm 51 years old, female, very active, 5'3" 115 lbs... i masturbated this morning and then noticed a bulge toward the outside of my vagina...it's filled with blood and can be pushed back in but pops back out... when i bend over it stays in more easily. Did i create a hernia? It does not hurt at all and is about the width of a dime (i can see it in the mirror) thank you.

Just check yourself whether it increases in size on coughing or straining.
Get an examination done by a Gynecologist or a General Surgeon to get a confirmatory diagnosis and decide whether this needs further investigations and treatment or just to let it settle on its own .
With the history you have provided , it appears to me to be just a small hematoma, which mat settle well without any active treatment if you give rest to the part. Once the diagnosis is confirmed a further treatment plan can be decided ...
If this swelling is just outside the vagina and blood filled without any other symptoms , this can be a hematoma.
