Brief Answer:
hormonal imbalance, mineral deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Sometimes causes like:
-Thyroid hormonal abnormalities
-Decreased serum calcium levels
-Anemia etc
Can lead to cold intolerance, muscle spasms etc.
So, consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for investigations like:
-Thyroid profile
-Estimation of serum calcium levels
-Hemoglobin levels etc.
With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treated.

Hope I have answered your question. I will be available to answer followup queries.
If you are satisfied with the answer, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
