Brief Answer:
consult with the ENT specialist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

As per your query, I feel you probably have GERD or allergic pharyngitis.
You don't have throat pain, so there is no infection.

If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed proton pump inhibitors with prokinetic drugs for 2 weeks for GERD.
Avoid oily and spicy foods. Small and frequent feeds recommended.
Antihistamines + mucolytics combination drugs twice daily for allergic pharyngitis.

If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get evaluated.

Hope my answers have helped you.

Thanks.

Madam,

Thank you madam for quick response.
To add more information, during last few months, i have noticed some pimple like spots on the tonsil area and inner part of the tongue.By pressing slightly a small solid white matter came out from that of tonsil area and it had foul smell-that occurred 2-3 times during last few months. Now it is not there.

And i want to restate that my oropharynx looks slightly enlarged.
Waiting for your valuable response.

Brief Answer:
chronic follicular tonsillitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
the white foul smelling matter coming out of tonsil is inspisated pus.
That suggestS that your tonsils is chronically infected. This might cause a feeling of something stuck in throat.

In acute infection there is treatment with antibiotics. Chronic infection treated by surgical removal of tonsils.

If it's persisting for more than 6 months, then I would recommend you to consult with the doctor and discuss about surgical removal of tonsils.

Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
