Ludwigs angina is not related to heart though called as angina. it's an infection and inflammation of roof of mouth. Major symptoms are related to swelling and airway obstruction. Initially mouth feels swollen, followed by difficulty in breathing and than swallowing difficulty and change in speech. It can also cause facial pain and earache
