Question: I took unwanted 72 after having unprotected sex but still I am pregnant, I want to give birth to this child , so is there any side effect of this medicine on my baby.

If you had no problem after taking the medicine till now in the form of bleeding or pain abdomen then nothing much to worry.
But in general chances of abortion increase after this so stay careful till you are 3 months pregnant and report to your gynaecologist at the earliest.
Also take folic acid tablet daily and good balanced diet.

If the medicine taken will not introduce the abortion then is there any effect of the medicine to child .please suggest if there is any side effect of the medicine on the child.I am worried about the child.

No dear, no side effects usually except for increased chances of abortion.
Start folic acid tablets and progesterone after discussion with your gynecologist as it is a prescription drug.
Take it daily along with good amount of rest and a healthy diet.
