Posted on Mon, 5 Oct 2015
Question: I am taking this sulpitac 50 mg. I want to know its side-effects. I have started feeling some of its side- effects like menstruation irregularities or stoppage. I have been taking this medicine since 2011 initially of dose 100 mg and still continuing this of dose 50 mg.
for the first time when i consulted my doctor and shared all the symptoms like extreme anger, don't have trust on any body, fear of becoming looser, feeling like my life and place where i am living is hell for me and fear of loneliness sometimes. Then hearing all these things doctor prescribed this 1 medicine for me. I just want to know is this medicine is correct for me?

then i start thinking about my past life or childhood incidents and then smile on remembering those things which after few minutes increases stress and weakness.
I don't find mental-peace. I can't sit still means most of time keep walking and thinking and fear of becoming looser in life. Always get irritated on simple or even useless things or topics means i get easily irritated. But i never heard any voices or any type of sound and even i have no any fear of getting harmed by people.

Brief Answer:
This isn't Schizioprenia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I understand your concern.

I apologise for the delayed response.

Based on your current psychological symptoms, the possibility of Schizophrenia is extremely low.You do not seem to have any major criteria to say so.

You possibly seem to have Anxiety neurosis which is extremely common in general public.

Instead of Sulpitac, I generally recommend oral tablets Of CLONAZEPAM to my patients with such symptoms. This drug will offer an excellent resolution of symptoms when used for 3-6 months. Please check with your doctor if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Thank you doctor for your suggestion. I forget one thing to share that whenever I listen any kind of music either soft or rock music specially rock music it develops negative feeling and rage to come out of my mind and then I start pondering into my past. Walk a lot.. talk to myself alone in wishpering sound.. smiles in alone remembering those memory and these all things lead to weakness or mental peace loss. Due to negetive thoughts which always come out of me whenever I listen music.. I stopped listening music. These are some symptoms which I had forgot to share.

Brief Answer:
Possible though intrusive disorder. It has good outcome with drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

I apologise for the delayed response considering my hectic work schedule.

I read your query in detail.

This kind of symptomatology possibly reflects-Though Intrusive Disorder.
This is definitely NOT a Psychotic disorder(like schizophrenia). It is a commonly prevalent disorder. So you need not worry much.

There is a flow of uncontrolled thoughts into your mind, which is bringing you the displeasure. The more you try to restrict them, the more they try to intrude your mind.Thought intrusion is usually precipitated by some event(Ex-listening to music in your case).Underlying anxiety and occasional depressive episodes are commonly associated

This condition can result from neurotransmitter disturbances in brain Ex Serotonin insufficiency.

For such a condition, the outcome is usually very good if suitable drugs are taken for sufficient length of time.

I generally prescribe to my patients oral tablets of Escitalopram for 6-12 months. This will help to control the thought intrusions to a large extent. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

Post your further if any.
Thank you
