Brief Answer:
It may be due to hydrea side effects.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have Essential thrombocythemia. It is chronic myeloproliferative disease with very high platelet count. Hydrea is commonly used in this condition. But hydrea is known to cause many side effects like abdominal upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, headache, infection and many others. So if you don't take it then you don't have any side effects and you feel better.

But if you have tolerable side effects then you should continue hydrea. Don't stop it without your treating doctor's advice.

Hope I have answered your question. If you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Anagrelide can be used instead of hydroxyurea.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

If you have intolerable side effects then you can used anagrelide as alternative.

It can be used in essential thrombocythemia to reduce the platelet count.
However it has its own side effects. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

These side effects are not permanent. so don't worry about that.

Hope I have answered your question. If you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
It depends on severity and tolerability.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have side effects. But minor elements are acceptable and its not a cause of concern. If it is significant then only you need to change the drug. So it can be judged by your treating physician.

Marijuana oil will not help. It should not be taken.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

Wish you a very good health.
