Brief Answer:
Chances of STI is unlikely with protected sex

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I appreciate your concern
Chances of STI is unlikely with a protected sex,
Since you have kissed her, there is a possibility of throat infection or fever might be related to other conditions as well
Here I would like further information to guide you better
Are you having sore throat, cough or running nose?
How's your appetite?
Are you having burning sensation in urine or increased frequency or urgency of urine?

I would advise you for battery of tests like CBC, liver function test, Urine microscopy.
In my opinion you should take paracetamol 500 mg with multivitamin supplements
Have plenty of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
waiting for your reply
Best wishes

Every thing is fine except feverish (Temperature around 98.50 to 99.50).

No burning sensation while urinating.

Appetite is good as normal. Only some times i feeling like giddiness(May be because of thinking about this encounter each and every minute).

I fingered her couple of times and i felt i exposed with her vaginal fluid in my fingers and i am almost sure that there is no cuts are any wounds on my finger, but still what are the chances.

No cold or flu or throat infection neither running nose.

More importantly just want you to answer this question.

Whether there is an any reported cases of HIV transmission even though using Condoms. Please answer. Thanks in advance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for all the details
You need not to worry at all, just relax.
Chances of HIV transmission with protected sex using a condom is very less likely.
Since you don't have any cut or injury marks so it further reduces the transmission chances.

you are not having high grade fever or any other relevant symptoms of STI so your symptoms might be related to your anxiety or a viral fever
I would advise you to take paracetamol 500 me with multivitamin supplements and anti acidity drugs like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs.
Have plenty do fluids, fruits juices and lemon water and keep yourself well hydrated
Exercise and relaxation exercises will definitely help you in allaying your anxiety and resuming your daily routine.

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
