Question: My spouse used hydrogen peroxide on the head of his penis, and ever since then the head of the penis is very reddened and he has cracks on his inner foreskin. It is painful and won't heal. It's been a few months with this issue. What can he do to get it back to normal?

1. What was the purpose to use hydrogen peroxide over penis ( was there any
boil , redness or infection for which he used ), what amount used with
duration of application
2. Current position of foreskin, can retract back fully or not
3. Sexually active at present, if yes intercourse is problematic
4. Any other systemic issues.
5. If possible & no objection, a high resolution photograph of the lesion can help
6. Total duration in how many months since beginning, when neosporin started
and any change in condition if any as compared to starting stage
