Brief Answer:
need antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

To relieve swelling caused by an infection, we need to treat the infection with antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs for a few days.
Besides this, if there is pus collection inside on examination,it should be drained by putting a small incision before starting antibiotics.

For such cases, I usually give antibiotics like amoxicillin+cloxacillin/clavulonate,along with antiinflammatory drugs like diclofenac for 5-7 days.Your doctor will guide you.Kindly avoid any delay in starting the treatment.
Meanwhile, keep the affected limb elevated. Also, you can apply "glycerin magnesium sulfate "ointment on the area. These will help to relieve the swelling.

Hope I have answered your question.
Wishing you a faster cure.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
sorry

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

We are not able to give prescription online.
Antibiotics can be prescribed only after a physical examination and vital recordings. as I already told, we may also need an incision and drainage before antibiotics. Kindly see your doctor. He will guide you.
Meanwhile, for pain relief, you can take analgesics like ibuprofen 400mg every 8 hours,if you are not allergic to.

Sorry for inconvenience.
Thank you
