Brief Answer:
Please do a sleep study

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your questions and understand your concerns.

You are having hypothyroidism - for which Eltroxine is the treatment. If blood tests were normal, your thyroid disease is probably well treated. So we have to see other causes for tiredness and head ache.

Since you are obese, one common cause of these symptoms is a condition called obstructive sleep apnea. You can consult a physician and do a sleep study. If it is obstructive sleep apnea, treatment of this condition can improve your symptoms and can help in decreasing your weight.

Regular 30 minutes aerobic exercise and frequent small quantities of food high in fiber and low in sugar should help in bringing down the weight.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further questions, I will be pleased to help you.

Regards
Dr Ajish TP
