Question: Hi,

I periods are very regular and get it on the same date every month. I was supposed to get on March 1st. But I did not get it till 5th of March. I have to go on Vacation on March 8th. That is today I am travelling. So on 5th I started taking primolut N to delay my periods further. It was already 4 days past my due date. But the next day onwards, daily I am getting mild spotting in brown colour. I am continuing primolut and having 3 pills daily till now. How can I make the spotting go as I dont want this to spoil my trip.

Brief Answer:
Take oral pills

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Basically you took the decision to take primolut quite hastily.
Now though it is difficult to control the spotting but still you can try taking oral contraceptive pills like XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX twice a day (instead of one pill a day given for contraception).
Try this and take it till you want to postpone periods.
But in case full flow starts in between despite of taking the pills then leave the pills and let the periods commence.
This is the only way so is worth a try.
