Question: Hi Dr XXXXXXX Many happy wishes to new year.
How to lose weight. I have pcod problem. I dono how to do diet please any one explain clearly. But I don't want to go to gym and no exercise any some suggestions.

Check for hypothyroidism if any.

Swimming and skipping offers excellent results.
