Brief Answer:
you are likely pregnant...explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.

Going by your history it appears that you have missed your period and pregnancy test which was negative till 26 /11/2014. If your present urine hcg test on 5th and then home preg test today has come positive then it is possible that you are pregnant because after taking primolut , you didnt get your withdrawal bleed within 7 days which indicate that you would have been pregnant earlier to that and the hcg levels were not high enough to be detected on urine pregnancy test.
However , endometrial thickness has not been commented upon on usg done on 30th which if not shown a g sac, must have shown a decidualized endometrium.
I suggest you repeat the ultrasound again this week and look for extra or intrauterine pregnancy. Secondly confirmatively to confirm pregnancy you may perform a blood serum beta hcg test which if found to be raised, would confirm pregnancy for sure.
Depending on the gestation later, then medical method of termination of pregnancy can be employed under physician supervision, but first get serum hcg test and ultrasound transvaginal done again.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
thanks for the follow up.
Firstly ultrasound has to be done to confirm an intrauterine pregnancy and only then abortion tabs have to be started. secondly, the gestational age of conception will not be calculated based on your LMP anymore as its irregular, so ultrasonological parameters are best to consider in this case.

Thirdly i dont agree with the protocol for abortion advised by your doctor who is an MBBS and not a gynecologist. medicines to be started only after pregnancy is seen inside the uterus. what if its in the tubes ?, it would be an emergency then , so ultrasound is important.

protocol is :-
TAB MIFEPRISTONE 200mg stat , THEN AFTER 48 hours...TAB MISOPROSTOL 800mg stat , then 4 hourly 400mg misoprostol till XXXXXXX dosage of 2000mg. Bleeding would start after misoprostol ideally.

I am not sure of th protocol your doctor follows. you may reconsult her if you want.

Thanks a lot Doc.
One more issue is on the USG (Dated#30.11.2014) impression is: Mild collection in P.O.D.
Is it very serious, to prevent operation is needed or not?
Can medication cure it?
Is the same can affect the pregnancy?
Pls suggest with the issue.

Detailed Answer:
thanks for the follow up.
The fluid in pod can possibly due to ovulation or in case of an ectopic pregnancy , which is my concern . It may be blood and not clear fluid per se, not distinguishable on ultrasound.

So your ultrasound is important and get it done from a reputed radiologist and ask specifically to look for ectopic pregnancy if pregnancy not found inside uterus. You can tell the doctor when ultrasound is being performed on you.
